Cancellation Policy
As a small, independent business, late cancellations and reschedules are very damaging to SKH.
Please only book a time that you know you can make.
Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to your scheduled appointment, will result in a 50% charge of the appointment fee.
No shows or on-the-day cancellations, will result in a 100% charge of the appointment fee.
