SKH Cancellation Policy
As a small, independent business, late cancellations and reschedules are very damaging to SKH. Please only book a time that you know you can make. If you do need to reschedule, you are very welcome to do so via the button/link at the foot of your confirmation or reminder email.
Appointment Adjustments or Cancellations
1. More than 48 hours/2 days prior to your scheduled appointment: appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled using the link in your confirmation or reminder email
2. Less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment: cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the appointment fee, auto-debited from your nominated bank card. Reschedules are subject to availability
3. Less than 24 hours, on-the-day cancellations or no shows: cancellation or reschedule will result in a 100% charge of the original appointment fee. This will be auto-debited from your nominated bank card.
Please be aware that the SKH booking system will not enable you to cancel or reschedule WITHIN 48 hours of your booked appointment. In the event that you need to cancel at such short notice, please send an SMS to: + 44 (0)7903 947 565 or email: info@subrinakiddhair.com.
