As a small, independent business, late cancellations and reschedules are very damaging to SKH. Please only book a time that you know you can make.

Cancellations made:
1. More than 48 hours/2 days prior to your scheduled appointment, may be rescheduled using the link in your confirmation or reminder email

2. Less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, will result in a 50% charge of the appointment fee

3. Less than 24 hours, on-the-day cancellations or no shows, will result in a 100% charge of the appointment fee.
