How wonderful that someone has chosen to bestow you with the gift of self care at Subrina Kidd Hair.

To redeem your gift, simply select your preferred appointment from the menu, then enter the gift certificate code at checkout. If the value of the gift is lower than the service, you will be able to pay the difference by credit or debit card. Please do not use this scheduler to book a non gift-related appointment.

On completion of your booking, you will receive an email confirmation via email, which will include a link for you to add the appointment directly to your (iCal, Google or iCloud) calendar.

If booking ‘Rejuvenate’, half or full day services, you will also be required to have a Complimentary Consultation no less than 2 days prior.  Where appropriate, a link to book will be included in your confirmation email.

All child or teen clients (juniors, under 18) must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their Junior appointment.

Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable due to their digital nature. Our standard cancellation policy applies for all appointments, including those purchased via a gift certificate. 

If you need to reschedule or cancel (up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment), you can locate a link at the foot of your confirmation or reminder email to do so. It is not possible for you to self-cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.
